However when testing these colours out I have gone completely against the colours within my survey.
From looking at my survey when deciding on the age that I should target my audience at, from my survey it has clearly shown that the people who responded to my survey were within the age of my target audience, this helped me as it already started to relate to my target audience therefore I did not have to make any unfair judgements if someone older than 21 had answered my survey.
This question is asking 'do you like pop music' here it shows out of the 21 that had answered my survey it shows that more than 80% of the 21 liked pop music. This data gave me a good choice whether to stick with the genre I had already planned on developing.
Here the pie chart shows that more than 50% of my respondents are female, this already gave me a accurate over view of my results from the survey, as my magazine is targeted at females, for my survey to have a lot more female respondents made the analysis of my results more reliable to over look and make any changes if needed.
This questions asks whether the public like the music magazine name 'WINK' I firstly chose this name because I think it relates to females being stereotypically 'cheeky' and can be more life full filling then men, also females tend to use winks on the end of text messages. I thought wink was an appropriate name as it is short and snappy and easy to remember which is what every magazine has for example 'NME' 'Now' 'Heat' 'Kerrang' and many more with short, easy to remember names.
Below are a few print screen shots of some of the results, this question was 'What type of music do you listen to?' The results that I had gained were not suitable for any type of table as they were all mixed answers. So I had taken a few print screens showing what all the respondents liked to listen to.
From the results above I have counted how many times pop had occurred which was 9, this gave me a good estimation whether to continue with my chosen genre of music, so I decided to stay with 'Pop' as I thought it would be a good one to do, also pop is strongly linked in with female audience of typical pop music.
